"We're out to discover!" - Scuttle

While lacking on the Etsy front, happiest things™ has excelled in other offerings. August through October marks many a Merry Birthdays, and of course, the unBirthdays as well. We drew our inspiration from the loves of those we love, er...what makes our loved ones happy.

Merry Birthday to...

Cousin Danny, August 3rd
Grama Jimmie, August 16th
The Twins, August 23rd
Brudder Scott, September 2nd
Sister Sara, September 17th
Cousin and ht™ partner Sandy, September 26th
Niece Gabriella, October 1st
Mama Sheri, October 16th
Cousin Jenny, October 19th
Uncle Steve, October 23rd
Cousin Amy, October 30th
Whoa, what a swim!

August 23rd: Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum make an appearance at the happiest place on earth. Thank you Disneyland for allowing us to celebrate our Birthday with you! Brandi loves a good cozy quilt. Thanks to my favorite little fabric shop in Livermore, In Between Stitches, giving Brandi an ever-so-cute handmade quilt was easy-peasy.

September 2nd: Oh my Godzilla! Scott celebrated his Birthday in the Land of Grove with his pals and gals. When asked what type of cake he wanted, brudder requested Godzilla. You ask, and you shall receive. Laura and Soid Q. exceeded his expectations! Complete with strawberry fire and a mini replica of Scott's Nismo, Godzilla roared. It was a grand morning of baking with lil' Spud. She is swell.

September 17th & October 1st: Cupcakes galore! Gabi's 1st Birthday party theme was all about cupcakes. So of course I had to make a Cupcake Clutch for her Mama too...

And we can't have a little princess turn 1 without a little princess flare added to her sweet cupcakes. Merry Birthday Gabi Girl!

September 26th: Jumpin' jellyfish! We wished upon a starfish! Merry Birthday to Sandy, our resident ht™ co-creator. Now, one wouldn't be correct in calling us Disney fans. No. We live, breathe, and think all things Disney. Walt Disney was a genius. However difficult your childhood may be; however bad a day you might be having; however stomped on you may feel - the clever works of good ol' Walt pushes us to keep dreaming, and zippadeedoodah our way through any wickedness life may give us. It's only fitting to celebrate a golden Birthday for a dinglehopper of a girl like Sandy in Disneyland. It was truly magical! And thank you Birthday girl for making us all custom fitted ear beanies! They were a hit!

We're looking forward to the holiday season...full of candy corn, delicious grey stuff, and pumpkin pie. Until next time...Bippidi Boppidi BOO!
